2023 Hua Chenyu Mars Concert

The stage design for Huachenyu's 2023 Mars Concert was centered on the Martian Coordinate System, symbolizing both a geographical reference and the time and emotions shared over the past decade. The structure, a rectangular prism 47.5m x 27.5m x 22m, incorporated sequential luminous panels and mirror-like elements, resembling coordinate scales that documented key moments. With a four-sided stage weighing over 200 tons, the design balanced scale, transparency, and safety. Dynamic elements allowed sections to visually grow from saplings to flowers.

International Jewellery Show 2024

The 40th HK Int'l Jewellery Show, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, returned as a full scale trade fair at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This event celebrated the excitement of the jewellery industry, featuring 18 geographic and industry pavilions, including the Hall of Extraordinary and Hall of Fame. Each zone demanded an architectural design strategy, showcased jewelry varied from traditional culture to modern, creative and culturally inspired pieces.

West Lake Beer

The natural beauty and humanistic heritage of West Lake inspire this beer packaging design. It incorporates iconic sceneries such as Melting Snow at Broken Bridge, Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon, and the mid lake pavilion, serving as a window to showcase the cultural essence of West Lake. The design achieves a harmonious blend of classical and modern elements through the use of seal script in font design, the typography style of Song Dynasty calligraphy, and specialty printing. This imparts the beer with visual appeal and cultural significance that extends beyond its identity as a beverage.

The packaging for Ken 14 contributes to a green product image through the use of the biobased material, environmentally friendly non woven fabric, and biodegradable renewable paper box. It also takes into account interactive experience, as well as cultural and emotional needs of consumers. By skillfully integrating the natural scene of barley fields in Hulunbuir with elements derived from Chinese old newspaper, the packaging offers consumers an unexpectedly pleasant visual and emotional experience.

This poster draws its inspiration from the fusion of Chinese aesthetics with Italian art, aiming to convey a profound cultural exchange and mutual understanding between the two nations through visual language. The classic theme of mountains and flowing water meet their match is woven into the design, emphasizing the concepts of knowing and encountering. The carefully layered layout creates a sense of exploration and discovery, symbolizing the precious value of finding a kindred spirit amid the complexities of the world.
