Pandaid
Pandaid is a website dedicated to protecting lives from pandemics. It is co-edited by volunteers, including doctors, editors, and more. The editorial emphasis goes towards providing scientific facts in ways that are easy to understand and to implement. As part of the project, there're other developments, a face shield to prevent splashes, signage to protect social distance humorously, and posters to communicate its importance.
Pandaid Website For Infectious Diseases by Eisuke Tachikawa has been highlighted as a grand representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Pandaid Website For Infectious Diseases won the Silver A' Design Award in Social Design in 2021. The A' Social Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that rewards excellent design of community projects, social campaigns, public installations, educational programs, sustainable initiatives, healthcare solutions, inclusive design, cultural interactions and more.
