Buddy

The new design of the Buddy Workwear Manufacture brand creates a fresh, clear appearance. The dark blue presents as the core color the products, letting the colors and photos work. The light blue is the accent and at the same time highlight color of the design. Both colors harmonies around the products, they complement each other like buddies. The new brand name is the core of the new identity: Buddy expresses the new attitude just by reading it. In the design and wording, buddy comes to life: clear, striking colors and straight typography.

The designer sought inspiration from the nature element and colors, bringing a fresh and light aspect to the animation. His main concern was always the quick and objective reading of the information and always focused on the sensory. The elements he have chosen always work according to purpose, without being banal. Seven days and nights, love is daylight, is a novel of multinational business elite spheres, its plot ups and downs, as well as worthy of colorful visualization. The design using fluorescent colors, corresponding to the scene of the seven days, echoing the title of the book. The whole work of vitality and design of the aesthetic interlocking, the plot tumbles story into the pictures and color relaxation, giving readers extraordinary experience.

The Tridea Project

This book, The Tridea Project: Culturally Diverse Co-Creation, documents the brand's conception and its subsequent evolution. The content consists of three chapters, first an overview of the project and its creator. Second a detailed brand guidelines and thirdly a visual essay, discussing the brand values of inclusion and diversity, both of which have been pivotal factors to this 4 year research project. The book design has been crafted with materiality in mind and each aspect has been considered and contemplated to metaphorically represent the project values.

This 404 page design comes from the idea of "The middle of nowhere". "404" means that the webpage doesn't exist, so this project creates an environment that makes users feel lost around the internet data and enjoy the virtual landscapes. By training a machine learning model that combines thousands of images, The designer, Yijia Xie, creates unique and beautiful places that don't exist in the whole world or even in the universe. They are just the landscapes generated by Artificial Intelligence.

Tokyu Garden City is an urban development project in Binh Duong New City, Vietnam. To commemorate its 10-year anniversary, the visual identity and website were redesigned reflecting the city's theme, Always New. The website features not only basic information about the city but also interviews with city residents and stories that remind people of life in the city. This renewal has succeeded in highlighting the high quality and sophistication of the city's lifestyle.
